Season 1, Episode 6, “Lost Girls”
Dobrev: I’ve always said that my favorite to this day is “Lost Girls” from Season 1 because it was fun for me to explore and see Katherine in a different period and then also see Elena in present day figuring it all out. I had so much fun shooting that episode and I loved the way it turned out. Kayla [Ewell] was so good in that episode; [she] was so heart-breaking.
