Gearing up for Mother’s Day on Sunday, Nina Dobrev and her mom Michaela paired up for Got Milk?’s latest ad.

Posing with the campaign’s signature white mustache, the mother-daughter duo are showing off their pearly whites in a kitchen, while surrounded by blueberry pancakes.

The photo is part of the “Like Her, Like Me,” program launch, which celebrates the power of positive influence and special moments shared by mothers and daughters.

The Vampire Diaries star, 23, and her mom are teaming up with Seventeen magazine to search for three mother-daughter pairs who exemplify what it means to be good role models for one other. The winning duo will get to create their own Got Milk? ad that will be featured in the publication this fall.

Kellan Lutz of Twilight fame and Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev are in negotiations to join Project X breakout Jonathan Daniel Brown in Kid Cannabis.

John Stockwell is directing the movie, which is based on a 2005 Rolling Stone article telling the true tale of suburban teens from Idaho who built a multi-million dollar marijuana empire.

Brown is playing a depressed 18-year-old who assembles his friends to smuggle drugs across the Canadian border.

Lutz will play the teen’s older best friend, who loves the thrill in the beginning but soon finds himself over his head.

Dobrev, who has scheduling issues to work out before her deal can be finalized, would play a hot-to-trot 19-year-old who has a thing for the best friend and whose father is one of the biggest pot growers in the province.
